MERS hotline number 109, toll-free, English service available As of June 11, the MERS hotline number has changed to 109 due to line extensions. It is toll-free and will provide both Korean and English services. The English language service will begin on June 12. Share this image and be ware of the hotline numbers for everyone!
Starting from June 12(Fri), 10:00 A.M., a new MERS hotline 109 will be open and provide both Korean and English services. In order to use the English language service, call 109 and press 1 after hearing the message: “For English, press 1.” The official MERS website (www.mers.go.kr) provides some English information. If you click the button that reads, “Press Release,” you will access press release summaries and other information in English.

I think there must be a Busan branch call center as Busan is one of the places where expats stay and tourists visit often.
